2. Description of Service
TabFlow is a browser extension that saves and organizes browser tab workspaces locally on your device. It allows you to capture groups of open tabs, hibernate them to free system memory, and restore them with a single click.
3. Free and Pro Plans
- Free plan — available at no cost with limited features (up to 3 workspaces).
- Pro plan — $4.99/month or $39/year, activated via a 16-character license key delivered by email after purchase.
- License keys are non-transferable and for personal use only. You may not sell, share, or redistribute your license key.
4. Payment and Billing
Pro subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com as our authorized reseller and merchant of record. By purchasing a Pro subscription, you agree to Paddle's terms of service, available at paddle.com/legal.
All billing inquiries, invoices, and payment disputes should be directed to Paddle. We do not store your payment information.
5. Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscriptions, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at bleslautaro@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Please include your order number in the subject line.

6. Intellectual Property
TabFlow and all related assets, including source code, design, icons, and written content, are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the extension or any of its components without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
TabFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.
We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from the use or inability to use TabFlow, including loss of saved workspaces or browser session data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of TabFlow is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of TabFlow after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
