All TabFlow Pro subscriptions — monthly and annual — are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will process a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to bleslautaro@gmail.com with:
- Subject line: Refund Request
- Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email from Paddle)
We will confirm your refund request within 1 business day. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Annual Plans
Annual plan purchases are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase. If you request a refund after the 7-day window has passed, no refund will be issued for the remaining period of the annual subscription.
After the 7-Day Window
After 7 days, subscriptions are no longer eligible for a refund. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until that date.
To cancel, manage your subscription directly through the Paddle billing portal using the link in your purchase confirmation email.
